Planting Crew - HIRING NOW
For 7-9 days during the first week of June, all 300,000+ slips need to be perfectly placed in the the ground. We work everyday for 12-14 hours. Let us know if you have a week free or if you can only do a few days.

Harvest Crew
All the sweet potatoes need to be dug and packed in the barn between late August and early October. Limited spots available. It’s physical work, but if you have the right attitude, let’s chat.

We are the largest sweet potato farm in Vermont and we are committed to our employees and our customers.
Position Summary
Transportation is one of the biggest challenges facing our organization. We are looking for an experienced and professional driver. The right candidate will have some experience operating a large vehicle (16 foot box truck, delivery van), a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and works well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sweet potatoes throughout Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
Drive a large vehicle.
Be in good physical shape.
Represent our farm to our customers.
When not delivering, help in the packing barn or in the fields/farm as needed.
Requirements
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs repeatedly and push carts up ramps, as well as load/unload truck
Adhering to this typical work schedule:
-Monday 7:30 am-3 pm
-Tuesday 7:30 am- 4 pm
-Wednesday 4:30 am - 3pm
-Thursday 4:30 am - 6:30 pm (not every week, but some weeks)
-Off Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Dependability and ability to maintain a consistent schedule
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow quality and safety standards
• Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
• Experience driving in NE weather conditions
